The DCR Seasonal Training and Employment Program (S.T.E.P.) delivers the highest quality services to the visiting public by recruiting and retaining qualified and motivated seasonal staff. A key component of S.T.E.P. is that it provides a positive work experience for youth, as well as educational opportunities and training for students who are interested in environmental or recreational services. Most jobs arranged through S.T.E.P. are in the field, giving employees great, active, hands-on experience.
